1 General Terms

Cvk999 is an online betting platform offering sports betting and online gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cvk999.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawal. This may require a copy of your National ID or passport and mobile number verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

Cvk999 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically processed instantly. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact support.
• Only deposit from your own mobile banking account. Payments made through third parties will not be accepted.
• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit. cvk999 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
• Cvk999 reserves the right to place suspicious payments on hold pending verification.

If your account is not credited after a deposit, please contact our support team with the transaction ID. We aim to resolve all such issues within 30 minutes.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from cvk999:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on your account.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals for standard members may take 1–3 hours to process. VIP members receive priority.
• A maximum withdrawal limit applies within a given period, determined by the member's VIP level.
• The required wagering must be completed before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cvk999's bonus and promotion programs are attractive, but they come with specific conditions that all users must follow:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 5x to 20x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same device, IP address, or mobile number, the account will be suspended.
• Specific odds restrictions may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Cvk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on cvk999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is a technical error on the platform.
• No bets other than live bets will be accepted after an event has started.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Cvk999 reserves the right to withhold payment on bets placed on events suspected of match-fixing or sports fraud.
• Maximum payout limits are determined by the user's membership tier.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvk999 platform:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Transactions involving money laundering or the use of illegal funds.
• Attempting to compromise or undermine cvk999's systems or security infrastructure.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in antisocial behavior toward other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If any of the above activities are proven, cvk999 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to law enforcement if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Cvk999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found.
• At the user's own request.

Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed. Any valid balance will be returned provided no terms have been violated.

9 Responsible Betting Policy
